Szépen berendezett, jól felszerelt és kényelmes lakótelepi toronyházi lakás az óváros parti sétányától 15-20 perc sétára. A strandok inkább autóval esetleg busszal elérhetők, de az erkélyről szép a kilátás. Az épületben lakik a tulajdonos édesapja is, így rugalmassal lehet átvenni a kulcsokat.
Nice furnished, well-equipped, and comfortable apartment in a high-rise building in a residential area, located a 15-20 minute walk from the Old Town riverside promenade. The beaches are more easily accessible by car or bus, but the balcony offers a beautiful view. The owner's father also lives in the building, so the keys can be handed over flexibly. An excellent offer for autumn city breaks or business trips.

Apartament wyposażony we wszystkie udogodnienia. Ładny widok z 9 piętra. Dwie windy. Mieszkanie przestronne, nowocześnie urządzone z dobrą klimatyzacją. Do starego miasta i na plażę jeździliśmy samochodem bo dla nas było trochę za daleko. W pobliżu piekarnia i market Tommy. Parking osiedlowy ogólnodostępny. Polecamy.

Blisko sklep i piekarnia. Klima działa super. Łóżka wygodne…czego chcieć więcej?
Miasto Szybiebik jest przepiękne i polecam szczególnie wieczorami. Dzień spędzaliśmy na plaży miejskiej Banj gdzie jest duży parking ale i można dojechać łatwo Boltem.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem lokalu. Mieszkanie czyste, przestronne z pięknym widokiem na marinę. Wyposażenie bez zastrzeżeń, jest wszystko co niezbędne. Odległość do centrum miasta lub do najbliższej plaży nie była dla nas problemem – mieliśmy auto, korzystaliśmy również z usług ubera, który w Szybenik funkcjonuje bardzo dobrze. Polecam w 100%.
