  Great experience! We got the room upgrade and Matea did a great job helping us with best room with 7 month baby. Aljosa, amazing chef cooked best baby food ever delivered to the room exactly when needed 🙂 definitely worth the visit and we will come back next year!

  Very welcoming staff and the hotel and facilities are very clean. Pleasant atmosphere. There is plenty to do for all the family. The complex is massive but it doesn’t feel overcrowded. The spa pool is very relaxing. There are always some free sunbeds by the family pool too.
  Breakfast is excellent. The food is fresh and there is choice for everyone.The beach opposite the hotel is lovely ( very clean).

  Customer service was excellent, I had some questions before arriving and they answered promptly, when we arrived before check-in time they welcomed us and took care of us very well, on checking in the welcome was very warm and efficient service (the explanation of the facilities and surrounding amenities was very good) throughout the stay every member of staff was polite. The facilities were really good also, very clean throughout the resort. On checking out, we appreciated the gift bag given, and the kids liked their certificates. Planning our next trip. Thank you
