  The location, the views from the huge terrace overlooking the Cathedral and the seafront promenade are exceptional.

  We’ve had an amazing holiday. The apartment is basic but clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The views from the huge private roof terrace is beautiful, the sea on one side, then the cathedral and look up and you see the fort. Šibenik is a beautiful place to visit. We also enjoyed a day trip on the local bus to Primošten, very pretty.
  Air conditioning was appreciated, even in September we had highs of 31 degrees.
  Downstairs is a very lively bar, probably the busiest in the old town, this can be noisy on the terrace but once you’re in the apartment you can’t hear it, the bedrooms being at the back are very quiet.
  We had fun trying to learn to play the piano with a little help off YouTube, we mastered chopsticks and happy birthday😂
  I loved watching the weddings that take place at the cathedral, the happy couples have their first dance outside the cathedral with a small band playing, Croatian flags flying. This was our 4th trip to Croatia and we plan another trip next year.
  
  What could be improved: The only downside is the stairs, I think I counted 70. If you are frail, have mobility difficulties or a chronic respiratory condition you will struggle. My husband has severe back pain and he found it very difficult. The view from the top made it worthwhile for us though.

  We loved the balcony being instantly connected to entertainment in the courtyard and yet having the ability to have silence in our upstairs apartment. Sibenik has been our best stay and was easy to connect with the apartment owner who also facilitated our questions like ferry travels.

  You are literally situated in the heart of the city. The views are breathtaking from the balcony. The layout of the place offers a lot of room. Great restaurant options all along the sea, and a great beach within a 10 minute walk.

  There are a lot of stairs to get to the property but we were aware of that before we booked and the stairs are well worth the beautiful view.

  Top lokacija uz top terasu doslovno nasuprot katedrale. S druge strane predivan pogled na more. Ispod je kultni Azimut i divna divna atmosfera Šibenika. Kome nije problem do 4. kata stepenicama ovo je izvrsna lokacija i smještaj.

  It was just overlooking the cathedral and the sea. Comfortable furniture out on a huge terrace, to complete bedrooms we could use, a very friendly hostess. However, you had a bedroom here. Kitchen had some items in it.
  
  What could be improved: There were a lot of stairs up to the top, but we knew that and it was well worth it. Perhaps the directions, saying that there we have to walk through a Restaurant on the ground floor, because we went way up the steps and looked around for a while before we got it. Other than that, it was perfect.
