  The property is easy to find and with the lot parking space around the building. I was traveling for business and the location for was perfect. The appartment is very clean and the furniture is new. it has a large balcony.

  Sehr gepflegtes, großes und hübsches Appartement! Ideal für ein Pärchen, da man sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen kann 😀 tolles Wohnzimmer, funktionstüchtige Küche, großer Balkon, nettes Schlafzimmer, kleines aber feines Bad. Die Lage hat uns persönlich sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren in 5 min mit dem Auto am Strand, in 3 min beim Supermarkt (im Umkreis hatten wir die Auswahl zwischen plodine, Lidl oder konzum), das Fußball Stadion ist nur 2 min fahrt entfernt, in ca 8 Minuten ist man in einer Tiefgarage mitten im Zentrum (kostet nur 1,33 die Stunde), in 15-20 Minuten in vodice. Zu empfehlen ist der Nachbarort Brodarica, dort gibt es tolle Beach Bars. Die Vermieterin und ihre deutschsprachige Tochter sind beide enorm sympathisch und haben uns geholfen, wenn es um gute Restaurants oder Sehenswürdigkeiten ging. Die Kommunikation mit ihnen war sehr gut und hilfreich, die Gastgeber sind sehr freundliche Menschen.
  
  What could be improved: Es gibt nur einen Grund warum wir nicht 10/10 gegeben haben…. Es gibt keinen Aufzug! Normalerweise kein Problem, leider hatte ich kurz zuvor eine Knieoperation, dementsprechend war es schwierig für mich. Ansonsten alles super und eine große Empfehlung von uns! Tolle Gastgeber.
