  We had the little top studio apartment, which after the steep stairs had quite a wow factor for me. The water front position is superb! The bedroom view and the roof top balcony were beyond expectation. The balcony accessed via a loft ladder above the toilet is a quirky feature (use with care!). Everything was clean, comfortable and well maintained (I would just say that the kitchen inventory could be checked to ensure there are two of everything). The position is perfect. An easy walk from the bus station. You’re right in the heart of the old town with plenty of eateries on your doorstep, plus a small supermarket just a couple of minutes away. The nearby beach is lovely and has cafes and a range of outdoor gym equipment. We loved Sibinek, a personal favourite as found it to be less touristy than Split and Zadar, yet still very historic and characterfully quaint. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It offered great value compared to anything in larger towns, just wish we had stayed longer! Maybe next time we will.
