  It's a very nice little apartment that looks great and also has everything you need!

  The location on one side the sea on the other side the cosy old town, the spacious appartment and the welcome of Boris.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing really, just keep in mind that there are a lot of stairs in sibenik and some stairs to the appartment. But Boris helped us with our luggage. Really an ideal place to stay.

  While we LOVE Apartment Riva, we especially loved our host, Boris! He is so kind, welcoming, informative, and interesting!! We are so happy we got to meet him & chat with him. The apartment is very spacious and perfect for an extended stay. (We were sad that we only planned for one day in Sibenik). The apartment is inside the Old Town walls, close to everything, but on a very quiet section in Old Town. There’s so many restaurants close by, and everything you want to see in Sibenik is a few minutes walk. We definitely want to return. Boris was very accommodating, and checkin/checkout was easy.

  Fantastic location ( sea view front ) 15 minutes walk from the beach, 2 minutes walk from local shops & supermarket. The landlord is so friendly and welcoming. Took us on his boat to see the islands around šibenik, recommended to us local restaurants with affordable prices and great food, we will be back next year as we are so satisfied with the apartment and owner and couldn’t ask for a better stay. Definitely recommend as a great place to stay

  Boris was very helpfull and came to meet us and give all sorts of advice. Location was excellent. Apartment was very well appointed. Views from the windows unbelievable.
