Apartment Seventh Continent Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Apartment Seventh Continent on a quiet residential street in Šibenik, you might wonder if you’ve got the right address — and that’s actually a good thing. This three-star property sits tucked away in what locals consider the best part of town, far enough from the tourist crowds but close enough that you can walk to everything that matters. The building itself has that understated Croatian charm, nothing flashy, but you can tell it’s well-maintained from the moment you arrive.
The Apartment Experience
Here’s what I really appreciated — each apartment feels like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile hotel room. The kitchen comes fully equipped, which honestly saved me a fortune on dining out every night. You know what’s rare these days? Having enough counter space to actually prepare a proper meal, and they’ve managed that here. The living areas are spacious enough that you don’t feel like you’re camping out in a hotel room, and the furnishings strike that perfect balance between functional and comfortable.
Location Perks
I mean, there’s a reason couples rate this location so highly — you’re literally in the sweet spot of Šibenik. The old town with its stunning cathedral is maybe a ten-minute stroll, but you’re not dealing with the noise and chaos that comes with staying right in the historic center. What really sold me was discovering this little local restaurant just around the corner that serves the best peka I had during my entire Croatian trip. The staff mentioned it, and honestly, I probably would have walked right past it otherwise.
Practical Advantages
Let’s talk about something that actually matters when you’re traveling — parking. Finding a spot in Croatian coastal towns can be a nightmare, especially during summer, but they’ve got free private parking right on site. No circling blocks, no paying ridiculous daily fees, just pull up and you’re done. The apartments also come with reliable Wi-Fi and air conditioning that actually works, which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how many places get these fundamentals wrong.
Why Guests Love It
After staying here, I totally get why this place consistently scores so well with visitors. It’s that rare combination of being professionally managed but still feeling personal and welcoming. The location gives you the best of both worlds — you’re in a proper neighborhood where you can grab groceries and coffee like a local, but you’re still within easy reach of Krka National Park and the Kornati Islands for day trips. Plus, and this might sound small, but having a proper washing machine in your apartment when you’re traveling for more than a few days? That’s the kind of detail that makes a real difference in how relaxed you feel during your stay.

What could be improved: Location was not the best, quite a walk to get into town all down hill so all up hill coming backPetra from New Zealand – 30 June 2024 (9/10)
Recently renovated, stylish, modern, cosy with a lovely balcony. Our booking was quite last minute but the owner was flexible and accommodating. Quiet neighbourhood while centre of town is walking distance. Private parking in their own courtyard made our arrival easy. Excellent value for money!

We arrived pretty late, and the host were waiting for us. Very nice family. The appartements were cosy and comfortable. We only stayed 1 night, but everything was as we hoped. At walking distance from the center of Sibenik (~10min with good legs). Thank you again for welcoming us!
Lucia from Italy – 9 July 2023 (9/10)
Clean, quite easy to find, private parking in the garage, staff super kind, be careful that the road to reach it is steep, but nothing that a normal person can’t do
