  Everything was perfect. Nice and calm location, just 5 minutes to the beach (we prefered the Rezaliste beach). We enjoyed the pool as well. Mrs. Durda was so nice, polite, very helpful! We stayed at the upper apartment, which has nice and long balcony with patrial sea view. The apartment is smaller than we thought (especially the bathroom that lacked a shelf for storage), but that was the only disadvantage. Center of Sibenik is just 7 minutes drive from Brodarica.

  Cudowne miejsce dla ceniących sobie ciszę i spokój.Klimatycznie i kameralnie. Pięknie, czysto, bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament. Świetny czysty basen. Do plaży spacerek 5 min. Świetna baza wypadową do zwiedzania okolicy. Cudowna pani właścicielka którą serdecznie pozdrawiam.

  Sehr sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Alles sehr sauber und einladend. Der Pool war sauber und bei unsern Kindern sehr beliebt. Wunderschöne gedeckte Gartenterrasse mit Cheminee, Küche und Kühlschrank. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. In den Kater Vicko haben wir uns verliebt 😍

  Hôtes très sympathiques. Ils vivent au rdc de la maison et sont disponibles en cas de besoin.
  
  Logement très propre à l'arrivée, plus grand que sur les photos. Présence d'un climatiseur, idéal lors des journées chaudes. Plusieurs serviettes étaient fournies, ce qui permettait d'en changer régulièrement comme à l'hôtel. Il n'y a pas de lit bébé mais cela ne nous dérangeait pas que notre bébé dorme avec nous. Présence d'un emplacement pour garer la voiture à côté de la maison.
  
  Grand balcon avec vue sur la piscine donc idéal pour surveiller les enfants, et vue sur la mer au loin.
  
  La piscine était accessible aux vacanciers. Nous avons pu y jouir de façon privée pendant tout le séjour !
  
  Un autre logement en location est situé au même étage et juste en face. Nous avons trouvé que l'isolation était bonne. De plus, il n'y a pas de vis-à-vis entre les logements. Les balcons des 2 appartements sont situés à l'opposé ce qui permet de maintenir une certaine intimité.
  
  Excellente localisation : à 5 min à pied de la mer et d'un petit supermarché (Konzum), d'une boulangerie, à moins de 10 min en voiture de grand supermarchés (Tommy, Lidl, Kaufland etc).
  
  Je recommande cet appartement et je souhaiterais y séjourner si jamais je devais retourner à Brodarica avec ma famille !
  
  What could be improved: Appartement pas facile à trouver mais n'hésitez pas à contacter les propriétaires qui pourront vous envoyer la localisation via Google Map.
  
  Le principal défaut est l'absence de volets, ce qui fait que la lumière du jour pénètrait le matin malgré la présence des rideaux. Cela a été gênant pour nous car notre bébé se réveillait beaucoup plus tôt que d'habitude.

  The apartment was fully equipped with everything what you would need on a vacation, e.g. washing machine, fridge, AC, any many more. The terrace was great, was spacious, and you were able to see the sea from there. With a 5 min. walk you were at the beach. The owners were very friendly with us, and kind. They surprised us with cheesecake, and they even prepared a traditional and very delicious dinner for us, it was perfect! The apartment is located 10 min away by car from the old town of Sibenik. There are many great beaches in the area, some of them reachable in a few min by car. Primosten, which is a lovely little town, is ~20 min away from the apartment by car. I highly recommend this place.
