You’ve got that sweet spot where you can explore the UNESCO World Heritage cathedral and wander those narrow stone streets, then come back to somewhere that feels more residential and peaceful.

The Apartment Experience

The apartment itself is pretty straightforward — clean, functional, and bigger than what you’d get in a typical hotel room for the same price. What I appreciated was having a proper kitchen setup, which meant I could grab some fresh produce from the local market and actually cook a meal instead of eating out every single night. The space feels lived-in rather than sterile, if that makes sense — like staying in someone’s well-maintained home rather than a corporate accommodation.

Practical Comforts

Look, this isn’t a place with a fancy spa or an elaborate restaurant, but it covers the basics really well. The apartment was spotless when I arrived, everything worked as it should, and the whole setup just felt… reliable. Sometimes that’s exactly what you need, especially if you’re planning to spend most of your time exploring Šibenik and the surrounding area rather than lounging around the accommodation. The free parking situation alone probably saves you 15-20 euros a day compared to other places in the area.

After spending a few days here, I totally get why this place has such solid ratings. It’s not trying to be something it’s not — instead, it delivers exactly what most travelers actually need. You get space to spread out, a kitchen to save money on meals, reliable parking, and a location that puts you right where you want to be without the tourist trap pricing. For couples especially, there’s something nice about having your own little apartment base while exploring one of Croatia’s most beautiful historic towns.   Velmi příjemní hostitelé. Skvělý byl velká terasa se stolem a s výhledem na moře. Vybavenost kuchyně a apartmánu přispěla k atmosféře "jako doma' .

  Miejsce spełniło nasze oczekiwania. Bardzo dobre miejsce.
  Bardzo sympatyczni właściciele którzy pod koniec wyjazdu podarowali nam ręczno robiony lawedowy woreczek. ! 😁
  Nikt nie przeszkadzał, cisza spokój.
  
  What could be improved: Jedynie co nam nie pasowało to woda ciężko z prysznicu schodziła i na balkonie z góry leciała woda nam na plecy i stolik.
  Stolik można było przesunąć dzięki rozmiaru balkonu.
  Naprawić i będzie perfekcyjnie. 😀

  Apartman je posebno lijepo dizajniran i opremljen. Sadrži veliki balkon s pogledom na more. Plaža je u neposrednoj blizini apartmana. Vlasnici su pristupačni i simpatični. Imate moje preporuke 😊

  Apartmán pěkný, velmi útulný, dobře vybavený, pohodlná postel, dostatek polštářů, dek, i náhradní prostěradla. Velmi jsme ocenili klimatizaci a rychlou wifi. Příjemní majitelé a super komunikace. Výborná lokalita, v blízkosti pláže, i obchodního centra. Parkování u domu. Určitě doporučujeme 😊

  Great localization, close to the beach which was not crowded. Great view from the balcony. Wifi worked very nice in every room, high signal strenght. Air conditioning very efficient, placed in a living room but able to cool down all rooms. Very engaged and nice owners, helpfull in getting know the neighboirhood. When leaving – homemade rakija and dried lavender received as a gift which was very nice.
  
  What could be improved: Apartment is underinvested. Broken and loose tiles in the hall and bathroom. Worn out / old furnitures. Condition of the apartment not fully visiable on the pictures on booking. "Coocked fish" smell every time when entering the room (maybe it was because of some coocking in other apartments). Sign "No smoking" in apartment but guests are smoking on the balcony – non smokers are not able to have some good time on the balcony…
