An excellent location within walking distance from the old town as well as from a beach. The host is super kind and accommodating. The apartment is spacious and completely newly renovated with everything you could possibly need, in addition to which the host provides a lot of courtesy touches (e.g. upon arrival sparkling water, beer and milk were waiting for us in the fridge, there was also a fruit basket, candies, spices, coffee, tea, maps and tourist guide brochures). Nobody lives on the property, so the feeling is that you have the whole house for yourself. In the backyard there is a shaded dining area, perfect for enjoyment any time of the day. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, yet close to everything. And, extremely important for a city of narrow streets with very limited and difficult parking, this property has its own large (enough for 4 cars) gated parking in the front yard.
What could be improved: The property is located on a one-way portion of the street, so some round-about navigation is needed if you are arriving from the ‘wrong-way’ side.Agnieszka from Poland – 19 May 2025 (10/10)
Amazing stay! Home had everything that we needed. Stay was very comfortable, great standard, two separate rooms with big beds. Lovely landlords. Highly reccomend!

The apartment is really impeccable, fully equipped, everything is brand new, clean and tidy. The large terrace in front of the house is great, there is also an outdoor shower which, I'm sure, means a lot in the summer. Svjetlana is very pleasant and helpful. She sent us links about the sights we should visit, about the events in the city those days, beaches, etc. Without a single complaint and all praise for Svjetlana and the apartment. Whenever we go to Šibenik, we will definitely come back to this apartment.😊

Izuzetno ljubazni domaći, apartman je prekrasno uređen sa stvarno bogato opremljenom kuhinjom! Ugodni veliki kreveti. Iza kuće je terasa za uživanje s društvom. Centar grada je na 10-tak minuta. Svaka preporuka, mi se planiramo vratiti.
