  This apartment was on the ground floor of the property and felt more like being in a house really. It was classically elegant and very much home from home compared to some of the very modern places we had been staying in on our road trip through Croatia, although we loved those places too. Ljiljana was a lovely very welcoming lady and a real help to us on arrival. It was really nice to meet her. We had an Opel Corsa car and just managed to reverse into the parking space provided, so anything bigger and you may need to park in the parking lot just nearby. It was really good to have the parking and we didnt need to use the car again till we left.
  The lounge area was lovely, very comfortable and cool and the bathroom was very modern and the whole place was really clean and welcoming. There is a nice swimming pool in a lovely garden setting but we were only staying two nights and didnt get the chance to try it out sadly. The garden area is lovely and Ljiljana is obviously a natural with plants and flowers. Sibenick was a delight and only a short walk from the apartrment so it was easy coming and going. We loved all the history and narrow old streets of the town and there were some really nice places to eat. We would definitely recommend a visit and a stay at Holiday Home Arboretum.

  What a beautiful little oasis in the centre of Sibenik. Travelling from Zadar to Dubrovnik with various stops on the way, we booked this property in Sibenik for 3 nights and were delighted to find it exceeded our expectations. The hosts are lovely people who are there to help if needed and keep the apartment and grounds immaculately clean and tidy. Location is perfect, with supermarkets on the doorstep and a short walk to the seafront & town centre restaurants. Great little pool and we probably spent more time at the apartment and by the pool than we were intending to, which says everything about the place really! If we came back to Sibenik, we'd stay here again.

  Beautiful, well equipped, spacious apartment with plenty of small touches. It has small pool with sun beds, beautiful garden and is super quiet, despite relative proximity to the street. Location is very good, in close proximity to markets, restaurants and old town. Ljiljana was very helpful host and communication with her was flawless.

  The owner of the place was so helpful and friendly. The gardens and pool were brilliant. Was located a short walk from the water front and center.
  The apartment was clean, well equipped, and had more than enough space for the four of us.
  We were all very impressed with the accommodation and wished we could have stayed longer.

  One of the nicest stays we had while following the coast and the islands from Dubrovnik to Zadar. The peace and quiet, the lovely ppol, the nice and charming apartment that feels like a home, not a thirteen in a dozen hotel room. The swimming pool to relax, and you can leave the car and just walk to the very nice city centre. We still feel the like we should have booked more nights here ….

  It was a great location to visit the Old Town, as well as Krka Park if you have a car. The weather was a little cool, but the pool was still very enjoyable! I loved having the living room space as well as the small kitchen. Loved the gorgeous flowers around the property.
  
  What could be improved: The parking space is very small and will only fit a tiny economy car. We had a jeep and unfortunately had to pay for parking in the lot next to the house.

  This is a perfect oasis in the middle of a city. A beautiful garden with a perfect pool. The hosts are incredibly friendly and live right above the apartment, so in case you need anything, they're right there. The apartment itself is very comfortable and spacious. In about 10 to 15 minutes you are in the center of Sibenik and a supermarket is only a short walk away.
  
  What could be improved: Bear in mind the apartment is in a very narrow alley. Best to reverse in when you have a car.

  Close to the centre of Sibenik (5 minutes walk), but the garden gives a feel that you are far away from the hustle and bustle. Lovely pool. Clean and comfortable apartment. Lovely owners. Supermarkets and bakery all a short walk.
