  We were on a family holiday, with our sons who is 12 and 19! And Parma is perfect for all ages! There is so many things to do! Amazing location, very welcoming host! It exceeded our expectations. We would love to come back very soon

  Das Häuschen mit absoluter allein Lage ein Traum, die Aussicht egal ob Sonne oder bewölkt ein Traum. 100 prozentige Weiterempfehlung.

  Wer Ruhe vom Touristentrubel und Privatsphäre möchte, ist in Parma genau richtig! Wir hatten wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge und der Blick auf das Wasser, wenn man morgens aufsteht ist wunderschön. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und auch für Selbstversorger war alles vorhanden. Šibenik sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die Ansprechpartner waren immer erreichbar, sind sehr freundlich und absolut hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

  Es war ein toller Urlaub weit weg vom Touristentrubel und inmitten der Natur. Herrliche Sonnenuntergänge und tolle Terrasse mit schönem Pool. Der Ausblick ist grossartig.

  Der Urlaub hier war wirklich sehr schön. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich und wir haben es sehr genossen, jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang über dem See zu sehen. Zum See sind es ca. 5 min und hier ist ein SUP und Kanu vorhanden was wir fast täglich genutzt haben. In der nächsten Ortschaft ist eine sehr gut Pizzeria die die Pizzas auch liefert und das zu einem guten Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Für Naturliebhaber ist es hier ein Traum und absolut ruhig. Auch die Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
  
  What could be improved: Leider sind die Preise in den Supermärkten und Restaurants teils über deutschem Niveau, ebenso der Eintrittspreis im Nationalpark Krka und im Wasserpark in Sibenik

  Perfekte Lage zum Entspannen. Der Gastgeber hilft und unterstützt, wo er kann. Es fehlt einem an Nichts. Würde ich jedem nur empfehlen.

  Besonders gefallen hat uns die gemütliche Terrasse mit ihrem herrlichen Blick auf das Wasser von allen Sitzplätzen und aus dem Pool heraus. Ein privater Wasserzugang mit Kajak und SUP – wir hatten noch ein eigenes dabei und konnten so gemeinsam viel Zeit auf dem Wasser verbringen. Das ganze Grundstück ist mit vielen kleinen Details sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.

  Die Lage ist fantastisch! Relativ einsam, dadurch absolut ruhig und der Ausblick ist gigantisch! Tagsüber kann man die Yachten auf dem Weg zum Krka-Nationalpark beobachten und jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang! Der Strandplatz ist 2 min zu Fuss entfernt und auch wunderschön! Das Haus selbst ist sehr klein, v.a. das Bad. Wir waren zu viert da, da war es schwierig, alle Utensilien abzustellen. Die Küche ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Wir haben dort jeden Tag gekocht! Im Garten gibt es Kräuter, die verwendet werden dürfen. Das Haus ist nicht klinisch rein, aber soweit sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr liebenswert und kommt zweimal in der Woche (nach Absprache), um den Pool zu reinigen und die Pflanzen zu pflegen. Sie ist auch bei Fragen immer erreichbar und hilft sofort!
