The building itself is modest — this is a three-star property after all — but there’s something genuinely welcoming about the way it sits right by the water. I mean, when you pull up and see that private parking spot waiting for you (honestly, such a relief in Croatia), you already feel like you’re in good hands.

Location & Neighborhood

Here’s the thing about staying in Jadrija — you get the best of both worlds. The bay location means you can literally walk down to the water in minutes, and there’s this lovely promenade that locals use for evening strolls. But what really makes it special is how couples seem to gravitate here. I noticed it during my stay, and apparently other guests have picked up on the same romantic vibe. The walk into Šibenik’s old town takes about fifteen minutes along the waterfront, which is actually perfect because you get to see the cathedral’s towers getting closer as you approach. Plus, you’re avoiding all the parking headaches that come with staying right in the historic center.

The Accommodation

The rooms at Jadrija Bay are clean and comfortable without trying to be something they’re not. What I appreciated most was how they’ve maximized the water views — even from the first floor (which is where this particular unit sits), you get glimpses of the bay through the windows. The setup feels more like a well-maintained apartment than a traditional hotel room, which works perfectly if you want to grab some groceries and have a quiet evening in. Air conditioning works well during those hot summer months, and honestly, the beds are more comfortable than you’d expect for a three-star place.

Getting Around

Having that free parking on-site is genuinely a game-changer if you’re exploring the region by car. Šibenik makes an excellent base for day trips — you can reach Krka National Park in about thirty minutes, and the drive to some of the smaller coastal towns is absolutely beautiful. When you don’t feel like driving, there are local buses that connect to the city center, though I found walking along the waterfront much more enjoyable. The neighborhood has a few small shops and cafes, so you’re not completely isolated, but it maintains that peaceful residential feel that makes it perfect for couples looking to unwind.

  Piękny widok z okna, blisko spokojna plaża w zatoczce bez większych fal. Długa i piękna plaża nieco dalej. Sklep, piekarnia i restauracja (w restauracji płatność tylko gotówką) 200 metrów od Apartamentu. Bardzo spokojna okolica. Polecamy miejsce.
  
  What could be improved: Należy pamiętać, że klimatyzacja jest tylko w salonie / kuchni. Ale Gospodyni, Anita, proponuje dodatkowe wiatraki do sypialni, które dają radę.

  Location is great, peacefull.Anita is fantastic. Everything great. The beach is close, store is closed. Basketball court is closed. The boat from Jadrija to Sibenik is great experience, only 20 minutes from Jadrija.

  Bardzo ładna i funkcjonalna kwatera. Właścicielka bardzo miła i szybko reagująca na telefon od gości. Do plaży 100m. Bezpieczne miejsce parkingowe.

  Čistoća, pozitivna energija i moram naglasiti udoban krevet. Apartman je izuzetno ugodan tako da nije bilo potrebe uključititi klimu, osjećala sam se kao kod kuće 😍

  Anita is a great host. She was very helpful and gave us great support. The apartment was very clean and tastefully and practically equipped. In reality it looked even better than in the photos. There was everything one needs: washing gel, dishwasher tablets, basic cooking supplies, etc.
  We appreciated the possibility of our own barbecue place and also a very comfortable balcony. Beach suitable for children very close. Jadrija is a small settlement intended for recreation, and if you wish for a bigger city, you can easily get to Šibenik by boat. We enjoyed this trip.
  
  What could be improved: The air conditioning is only in the living room and its performance is not sufficient for comfortable cooling of the sleeping rooms. But it didn't bother us that much, even though we were there in a time of extreme heat.
