You can walk to the old town’s stone streets in minutes, but you’re not dealing with the constant tourist foot traffic right outside your window. The cathedral and those narrow medieval alleys are close enough that you’ll find yourself wandering over for evening strolls without even planning it. Plus, there’s something to be said for staying where the location score hits 9.6 — that doesn’t happen by accident.

The room I stayed in was exactly what you’d want from a well-run Croatian guesthouse — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged without any unnecessary frills. The windows let in plenty of natural light, and you can actually open them wide to let the Adriatic breeze flow through (something I always check for in this climate). What struck me most was how quiet it gets at night, despite being so centrally located. The beds are proper comfortable, and the bathroom setup works well — no cramped spaces or awkward layouts that make you bump into things.

You know what’s genuinely helpful? Free private parking right on site. If you’ve ever tried to park in Šibenik’s old town during summer, you’ll understand why this is actually a big deal. The staff knows the area well too — they’ll point you toward the best local spots without the typical tourist trap recommendations.

  The apartment is very comfortable and clean. It is also complete, you could live there whole year. Our hosts gave us a very warm welcome and we were very pleased to spend a week there. We hope we will go again next year. Besides that, Šibenik is a marvelous place. I have never seen a town like that. It's like going back in time in many cases. Wonderful.

  We Liked this place very much. The apartment is amazing. We were with our 15-year-old son and a border collie dog. Peace, quiet, amazing comfort. When planning a stay in this apartment, forget about taking any dishes or household appliances. The kitchen is 100% equipped in this respect. Cleaning agents in the bathrooms, everything available in the kitchen in sufficient quantity. Beautiful views. The apartment is located really close to the beach – 450m. The beach is calm and intimate, but there is never a shortage of space on it. On the beach there is an inflatable / floating obstacle course where children and not only can spend their time actively. The center is also close to about 10 minutes walk. The hostess is very nice, takes care of her guests, after a long journey a soothing refreshing "drink" was waiting for us in the fridge. We also got a great surprise related to Croatia – local products. WiFi works flawlessly in the entire apartment. Free parking – practically at the door of the apartment, (separated space).
  Šibenik, beautiful. Big thanks to the very nice hostess for the warm welcome and tips. If someone is worried about their pet, this apartment will definitely meet their expectations.
  With a clear conscience we recommend a pleasant holiday at an affordable price. If we return to Šibenik, it will only be to the Lana apartment. Greetings to the owner and thanks again 🙂

  Great location, 10 mn from the beach, 15 mn from old town, and 10 mn from a supermarket (all by foot). You can park your car in the street just below the flat and forget it for the rest of your stay. The patio is really enjoyable in the evening and in the morning – adds extra space to the flat. Dishwasher and washing machine were appreciated.

  Apartment was nicely warm when we came, this is not a case of every accommodation in Croatia in winter time, so we really appreciated that. There was everything we needed for cooking, beds were comfortable. Excellent communication with the host, we had a problem in bathroom and this was solved very quickly.
