  We stayed here for 10 nights, so it was important to make a good choice, and we certainly did with this apartment. Stipe is a very nice guy, he came to see us shortly after we arrived, he explained everything to us and made lots of recommendations (sending everything also through Whatsapp, with maps and links), all of his restaurant recommendations were spot on.
  
  The apartment is very new and perfectly clean, it is minimalistic, no pictures or ornaments, but I liked that. There is good aircon, and also in the bedroom. A small washing machine, which we certainly made use of over the 10 days, a large drying rack on the large balcony. Large table and chairs on the balcony, we enjoyed our breakfasts out there, with a nice view of one of the fortresses.
  
  Bathroom was good, very good shower, plus having the 2nd toilet is always a welcomed addition.
  
  The apartment was missing an iron and a hairdryer. I sent a Whatsapp message to Stipe, he went out and bought them brand new and brought them to us at the apartment next evening! Thank you Stipe, we highly appreciated this. I know if we had any other issue or question throughout our stay, Stipe would have helped us quickly.

  The apartment looks exactly like how it’s shown in the pictures. The host Stipe is super nice,kind and helpful. We felt welcomed by his friendly parents and him. Stipe gave clear instructions on how to get to the house based on our traveling transportation, plus he shared with us lists of recommended restaurants, places to visit, etc… whenever we needed help, Stipe was always there in a few minutes. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you’d possibly need for either a long or short stay. It’s close to beach and old town Šibenik. We totally enjoyed our stay. Will definitely book it if we visit Šibenik again.

  Lovely clean and quiet apartment a short walk to the old town in Šibenik. The host has paid a great deal of attention to details in the apartment, and it's of a much higher quality than most rental apartments. Extremely comfortable bed, choice of pillows, heated floor in the bathroom, and a wonderful view from the terrace. Stipe was also really helpful with tips on what to see in the area and also arrived in two minutes to help when we couldn't figure out the shower! Hope to come back again.

  Great location, 5 mins walk from Banj beach and some 15 mins from city center (cathedral). Very peaceful neighbourhood. App is great, newly decorated, and fully equipped (dishwasher and laundry machine, coffee machine etc.). Cosy terrace with beautiful view on the fort and bit to the sea.
  Host Stipe is seriously one of the kindest, if not the kindest, gave lots of good tips and is simply so easy and friendly to communicate with.

  The location was perfect as it was in a quiet location, however was near enough for a scenic walk into town. The accommodation was furnished to a high spec and was extremely comfortable with stunning views from the balcony.

  It is modern new apartment, close to beaches and old town. Host was very helpful with several tips which helped us enjoy our time there. There is a nice terrace which catches the afternoon sun and provides a view of the sea.
