The whole place feels clean and modern, nothing fancy but definitely comfortable. What impressed me most was how well they’ve used the space — it never felt cramped, even with luggage scattered around.

Location Magic

Here’s where this place really shines. You’re close enough to Šibenik’s old town that you can walk there in about ten minutes, but far enough out that you get free parking right on site — and trust me, that’s gold in Croatia during summer. The neighborhood is quiet, mostly locals going about their business, which gives you a real feel for how people actually live here. I loved walking down to the waterfront in the evenings; there’s something special about having the historic center so close but being able to retreat to this peaceful spot.

The Practical Stuff

Tonka (I assume that’s the owner) really has thought about what travelers need. The Wi-Fi actually works — I know, revolutionary concept — and the air conditioning kept things comfortable even during those sticky July nights. The room stays surprisingly cool during the day too, probably because of how the building is positioned. Check-in was smooth, and honestly, the whole experience felt more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical hotel. Sometimes that personal touch makes all the difference.

Why Guests Love It

That 9.7 rating isn’t just a fluke — this place delivers exactly what it promises without any pretense. You’re getting solid value, a great location, and none of the stuffiness that comes with bigger hotels. For couples especially, it’s perfect because you have your own space to decompress after long days exploring Krka National Park or wandering through Šibenik’s medieval streets. The free parking alone probably saves you 20-30 euros a day, and being able to grab groceries and cook breakfast means you can splurge on those amazing seafood dinners instead.

  Wonderful apartment that exceeded my expectations!
  Comfortable bed, air condition, nice terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. In the fridge we found a bottle of water, milk, beer )) In apartment you can find everything you need except washing machine.
  Located in a quiet area, 15 min by car to Shibenik and seacost. Private parking is provided.
  
  We arrived late (at 11PM), host met us and provided by key.

  The room is super cosy, clean, spacious and has everything you need. Most equipped kitchen we have had so far. The owners are super friendly and also have a nice fresh fruit store in the front (they also gave us some complementary watermelon that was so good). It's located close to sibenik and the ocean road to Trogir, which is very convenient.

The owners are friendly, help you with everything and the father in law of the owner Who does the grocery shop in front op the appartement is the sweetest men i have ever seen!   Very cosy, brand new apartment at the countryside 15 min driving to sibenik. A peaceful place with lovely terrace. Very clean and complete with all the utilities. The host were super nice people!! I definetely recomend it!

  Apartment is located 10 driving minutes from the Sibenik city center. Perfect if you want to be a bit outside the city but still close to all attractions. Really clean and equipped with everything you need. They have thought about every little detail to make it really comfortable. And the owners were really friendly and helpful. You can also buy there their local products. Highly recommend to stay here.
