This three-star apartment sits right on Jurja Dalmatinca street, and once you step inside, you realize the magic is all about location and that cozy, home-away-from-home feeling that’s actually hard to find in Šibenik.

Here’s the thing about staying here — you’re literally in the center of everything that matters in Šibenik. I mean, you can walk to the Cathedral of St. James in about three minutes, maybe four if you stop to take photos along the way. The narrow stone streets that wind through the old town? They’re right outside your door. What I really loved is that you get to experience the real rhythm of the city — locals heading to the market in the morning, kids playing in the small squares, that sort of authentic Croatian life that you miss when you’re stuck in some generic hotel on the outskirts.

The Space Itself

The studio is compact but thoughtfully arranged — everything you need is there without feeling cramped. The kitchen area is small but functional, which honestly saved me money since I could grab fresh ingredients from the local market and make simple meals. The room has this nice, clean aesthetic with traditional touches that remind you you’re in a historic Croatian town. Air conditioning works well (crucial during summer), and the Wi-Fi is solid. It’s not fancy, but it’s comfortable and clean, which is exactly what you want after long days exploring the coast.

Why Couples Love It

I can totally see why couples rate this place so highly — there’s something romantic about staying in the old town, especially in the evenings when the day-trippers have left and the streets get quieter. You can walk hand-in-hand through those medieval alleys, grab dinner at one of the family-run restaurants nearby (there’s this great little place called Pelegrini that’s just a short stroll away), and then come back to your own private space. The fact that you’re not dealing with hotel lobbies and crowds adds to that intimate feeling.

Why Guests Keep Coming Back

Look, with a 9.8 rating, this place is clearly doing something right. What struck me most was how the location lets you experience Šibenik like a local rather than a tourist. You’re close enough to walk to Krka National Park day trips, the ferry to the islands leaves from the harbor that’s just down the hill, and yet you’re tucked away on a quiet residential street. The value is excellent too — you get that prime old town location without paying resort prices. It’s the kind of place where you actually feel like you’re living in Croatia for a few days, not just visiting it.

• Atmospheric stay within historical part of the city – Elizaveta_lz from Netherlands (10/10)

  The location is in the very historical city center, actually there is a info panel on the nearby wall. The apartment is small, but it has everything for a comfortable stay – fridge, stove top, kettle, comfortable big bed, well-equipped bathroom, air-conditioner, washing-machine and a good Wi-Fi. The most memorable was the view from the balcony and the balcony itself with some stones. The owner is very friendly, check-in and checkout went smoothly.
  Just a note that you can reach the apartment only on foot, not with a car, but we did not have a car at all.
  We spent 3 nights there and we totally enjoyed our stay.

  I can only join the previous comments. The location and the view could not be better. The apartment is indeed small, but perfect for 1 or 2 persons. The kitchen is very well equipped.
  I don't know how noisy or busy the area is in the summer, but it was perfect in the December before Christmas.

  The apartment was in a great location and had absolutely everything I needed for the two nights I was in town. The owners met me upon arrival and I was early, but they allowed me to drop off my bags which was great! The view from the balcony was great with a coffee in the morning.
