  The house has everything you need for a perfect vacation; even a hairdryer and baking equipment. A highlight is certainly the terrace with a stunning view on the coastline. The garden is large with lovely plants and trees. The only sounds you hear are the singing crickets and an occasional chicken or goat a bit further away. Still, when you want to go to the beach or to the town of Sibenik, it's all nearby.

  We have really enjoyed our stay in the house of Raphael. A huge garden with many olives, figs trees and grapes (very tasty) gave us the real flavor of vacation in the natural Croatian-Dalmatian environment. The entire house was used by us alone. In the house you can find absolutely all you may need in the kitchen, bedroom, bath, etc. Everything was clean in all corners and the house equipments / devices seems to be pretty new (washing machine, refrigerator, etc). You don't need to bring anything else with you. An amazing view from the very large terrace to the small sea gulf is the highlight of the house. You can see it as well from the living room thru the extra large window. We have enjoyed every minute the gorgeous view by sitting, eating, relaxing outside on the terrace or in the yard. The house is only few km from Sibenik city. You may need a car to be flexible and to visit all other attractions and restaurants in the nearby if you want. At the end of the day you can enjoy the evening and night in an absolutely quiet home atmosphere. We definitely intend to come again !   Cudowne miejsce dla osób pragnących odpocząć w ciszy i spokoju, w wygodnym domu, pośród dużego, zielonego ogrodu.
  Wspaniały taras, z relaksującym widokiem.
  Dom gustownie urządzony, zadbany.
  Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, niczego nie brakuje.
  Wygodna, przestronna łazienka. Zapewnione ręczniki i pościel.
  Sypialnia z dużym, wygodnym łóżkiem.
  Dostępna klimatyzacja i ogrzewanie.
  Możliwość gry w bule i rzutki.
  Zacieniony parking jest dużą zaletą, pomieści nawet duży samochód.

  Doskonałe miejsce jako punkt wypadowy do okolicznych atrakcji turystycznych.
  
  Rzadko trafia się możliwość urlopu w takim miejscu, mamy nadzieję, że jeszcze tu kiedyś przyjedziemy 🙂

  Może droga dojazdowa – nie dla samochodów z niskim zawieszeniem.
  Konsekwencją położenia samego domu na wzgórzu są pojedyncze schodki prowadzące do domu – mogą być utrudnieniem dla wózków.
  Do plaży, sklepów czy restauracji ciężko dotrzeć na piechotę.

  Comfortabel huis met uitstekende ligging. In 10 minuten naar Sibenik, winkelcentrum op 6 minuten. Mooi strand Amare op 10 minuten. Hele complete inrichting met vaatwasser en wasmachine; grote, maar wat kale tuin. Groot terras met prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Goed contact met eigenaar.
  
  What could be improved: Het bleek rookvriendelijk, waarvan wij ons niet bewust waren; dit rook je direct bij binnenkomst.

  Miły dom, nieco na uboczu, ale nam to odpowiadało. Cudowna cisza, żółwie i cykady.
  Idealna klimatyzacja, wspaniały duży taras, na którym spędzaliśmy wieczory.

  Byliśmy w tym domu już drugi raz. Za pierwszym razem było świetnie!!! (2023 r.) W tym roku postanowiliśmy wrócić i nie żałujemy. Gospodarz nas pamiętał miło nas przywitał. Dom idealny zwłaszcza jak ma się swoje auto bo posesja jest ogrodzona i za bramą. Dodatkowo auto w zacienionym miejscu co jest na plus. Przepiękny dom w stylu willi z przestronnym tarasem i ślicznym widokiem na zatokę. Cisza spokój i niezwykły relaks. Wielki ogród (ok30arów) z boiskiem do gry w Bule (bule też są w domu). Za domem śliczne góry. No po prostu cudownie do kwadratu. Nawet takie detale jak lornetka przez którą można poobserwować ptaki na skałach lub inne zwierzęta. Cały dom wyposażony doskonale, Lodówka z zamrażarką, kuchenka, ekspres, talerze, naczynia … no wszystko. Pralka przestronny prysznic z bardzo wygodnym wejściem (szyba walk-in) no i klimatyzacja. Naprawdę jesteśmy ogromnie zadowoleni i polecamy z całego serca. My z tego miejsca jeździliśmy sobie codziennie na inną plaże (do najbliższych jest ok 10 min autem – parking 6euro za dzień, a na drugiej za free). Turystów na tyle aby nie czuć się przytłoczonym. Można by wiele jeszcze wymieniać, ale z pewnością nie będziecie żałować wybierając ten dom. POLECAM!!!

  Ein Haus in absoluter Natur mit Blick auf die Bucht. Es wurde von den unglaublich netten Vermietern mit viel Liebe zum Detail und künstlerischem Gespür in ein echtes Zuhause auf Zeit gestaltet. Im Haus fehlt
  es an nichts. Von diesem Kleinod ist man in kürzester Zeit an allen relevanten Plätzen in Dalmatien. Dieses Objekt ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
