  Ivan, il proprietario e’ un ragazzo squisito, disponibile a fornire tutte le informazioni necessarie per raggiungere le vicine spiagge tra le quali ho apprezzato molto quella del Solaris. L’appartamento e’ dotato di ogni confort, e’ a pochi passi dalla città vecchia di Sibenik ed e’ ben collegato con una fermata dell’autobus praticamente fronte strada. La Jacuzzi dopo la giornata di mare e’ stata davvero gradevole. Il letto matrimoniale a soppalcò, rev da 60 pollici nel salone ed altra tv nella adiacente stanza da letto. Aria condizionata in ogni stanza, doccia larga e spaziosa, il tutto ben rifinito, praticamente nuovo. Un ottimo alloggio reso ancor più gradevole dalla cortesia di Ivan che saluto in attesa di rivederci per il mio prossimo soggiorno in Sibenik.

  The cleanliness, the comfort.
  Perfect for couple of days, not in the center but a short walk is okay. Owner is or has styling and architectural skills. The apartment is super clean and looks brand new. Jaccuzi is a nice addition.

  The apartment was fully refurbished, clean and well-equipped with everything you may need (including dish washing machine and laundry machine). It is suitable for at least five persons. Wifi was working perfectly and there were filter coffee and tea available. The host was very helpful and he provided me with the invoice I needed since I travelled for work. In front of the house there is a small terrace with a jacuzzi, table, two chairs and barbecue grill.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is some 10-15 minutes walking distance from the town center. Personally, I preffered this location to a more central one since it is in a quiet neighbourhood with available free parking and the center can easily be reached on foot.
