Here’s something most travel guides won’t tell you about Šibenik — it’s perfectly positioned between Split and Zadar, but without the overwhelming crowds. The suite’s location puts you within walking distance of the old town’s stone streets and that incredible St. James Cathedral, but you’re tucked away enough that you actually get some peace and quiet. The parking situation is a genuine relief too — having your own spot right on-site means you can forget about circling blocks looking for a space, which anyone who’s driven along the Croatian coast will appreciate.

It’s not huge, but it’s yours — and after days of exploring crowded tourist spots, having somewhere to sit with a glass of local wine and just decompress is priceless.   New, modern, really well equipped (with everything!), cosy apartment. Absolutly clean, nicely and practically furnished, with a large terrace. The terrace can be great in summer, with a barbecue and garden furniture.
  So we felt at home.
  There is a small beach within walking distance. You can reach a shopping center, more supermarkets and Sibenik old town by car in a few minutes. Katarina is a very kind host, she even gave us Easter gift.

  heerlijke tuin met jacuzzi en tuinmeubels, prima bed. Locatie redelijk dicht bij een (gratis) strandje(met fiets 10minuten).
  Fietsen naar het gezellige Šibenik ongeveer 20 minuten, bus is ook mogelijk.
  Auto en fietsen in in garage, echt top.

• Sehr schöne Unterkunft – wir haben den Urlaub genossen. Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieterin, die sich um unsere Anliegen prom – Sauter from Germany (10/10)

  Sehr neuwertige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit eigenem Gartenanteil. Jeder Raum einzeln klimatisiert. Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieterin, die uns auch Tipps für Ausflüge mitgeteilt hat. Nach einer Woche erfolgte ein Wäschewechsel. Wir wurden auf den Feiertag und auf bestehende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aufmerksam gemacht – top! Strand fußläufig erreichbar.

  Vlasnica izuzetno srdačna i profesionalna, zainteresirane za sve primjedbe u cilju poboljšanja usluge. Čista petica za udobnost i opremljenost, čistoču , estetski dojam i vrijednost za novac. Uz apargman ide i parkirno mjesto u podzemnoj garaži. Za scaku preporuku, bravo Katarina !

• Wspaniały pobyt – Agnieszka from Poland (9/10)

  Czyste nowe mieszkano, jest w nim wszystko co potrzebne jest by czuć się tam jak w domu o ile nie lepiej. Fajny prysznic, ciepła woda i dobre ciśnienie, drobiazgi ręczniki białe w domu, kolorowe na taras z JACUZZI. Wszystkie konieczne sprzęty domowego AGD. Taras ma 2 duże markizy chroniące przed słońcem, fotele, krzesła i leżaczki AMAZING i nawet kwiatki Adam i Ewa, które miło jest podlewać wieczorem. Lampeczki robiące klimat, sztuczna trawa zamiast śliskich zimnych płytek. Parking w podziemiu więc samochód schłodzony i bezpieczny. Lokalizacja przy ulicy, ale spokojnej i to nie przeszkadzało – sypialnia w tyle domu, samochodów niewiele więc było ok. Spacerkiem można dojść i na plażę nad morzem albo z drugiej strony nad jeziorem i na pyszne jedzonko i do przystanku autobusowego gdyby ktoś miał ochotę skorzystać z tej formy transportu do Szybeniku lub Amadria Park. Jeszcze na Szybenik prowadził w pobliżu oznakowany szlak rowerowy. Pyszną Oliwę można kupić od wynajmującego lub od sąsiadów. Wszystko mi się podobało! Właściciele przemili!
